An extended abstract (between 1000 and 2000 words) may also be accepted. These proposals should include a brief description of the intended audience, a lecture outline and a vita(e) for lecturer(s).  PROCEEDINGS  =========== Proceedings, including full text of all presentations will be available during the meeting. Additionally, a book will be published by Springer in its Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/index.html) and distributed after the conference.
