Description: Technical support for RETELAB project
Contract: Fixed term (approximate duration: 22 months)
Place of work: Santiago de Compostela (Spain).

Requirements:
  • Degree in Physics, Computer science or related field
  • Advanced user of office tools.
  • Minimum two year experience as UNIX/LINUX user
  • Knowledge of English at technical level.
  • Availability to travel.

It will be valued:
  • Being eligible to enter a PhD degree in Spain or, in its defect, hold a PhD degree.
  • Training or participation in RTD European projects.
  • Participation in non-European (national, regional or other international) RTD projects.
  • Development of WEB applications.
  • Training in or knowledge of GRID technologies
  • Training in or knowledge of Oceanography, remote detection or processing of satellite images.
  • Training and additional knowledge related to the scopes of the project.
  • Proficiency in Galician language
