This is a formation and complete support project addressed to the milk sector craftsmen from the peruvian Andean area which will train local teachers. This training will be carried out by the USC and the UNALM through different methods:  presential, on line and  tele-presential (videoconference) . The main research networks used for this purpose are the european GEANT and the southamerican CLARA.
